舉辦20年「金鴻獎」全國書法比賽，歷年冠軍作品特展6日在國立科工館開幕，多位書法家到場，國寶級書法家周良敦呼籲政府，要重視書法文化教育。他說，大陸從2013年開始國小1、2年級全面寫書法，推動文化復興；反而我們台灣對書法不重視，學校書法課，淪為社團課程。
周良敦22年來在台中監獄教受刑人寫書法，藝人顏正國即是他的學生，周良敦談到台灣現在書法教育，有無限感慨；他說，大陸推動書法，有如文化復興，我們台灣卻不重視文化，如果文化不再復興，找不到未來。
他認為，台灣現在一直在拚經濟，忽視道德與倫理教育，沒有倫理觀念，只有勢利。
由金鴻兒童文教基金會主辦「金鴻獎」全國書法比賽，深受國內書法界重視，「提倡大字書法」為特色，今年將20年來各組冠軍作品彙集，有得獎者在書法藝術成長軌跡，展出118件。
（中央社首爾22日綜合外電報導）南韓憲法法院今天准許檢方調查文件納入總統朴槿惠彈劾程序，駁回朴槿惠辯護律師團提出的異議。
根據路透社，憲法法院也審查相關程序計畫，以便裁決國會本月9日表決通過的彈劾案。
